Each serving is 100 calories. For endurance workouts, mix 2-3 scoops per 500-750ml of water to sip over an hour. Adjust to your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as a guide.

When it’s dialled in, you’ll feel satisfied and energetic, not hungry or full. On hot days, keep the same calories per hour, but increase water. To use in combo with other foods, reduce Tailwind intake by the calories you’re consuming elsewhere to avoid overloading the gut.

    I had never used this before and was my first attempt at finding race nutrition. I felt a bit sick when I first used it but that was my own fault I think. I didn’t eat before I worked out. Went on a 2+ hour run and started to use this just after halfway but it tasted very nice and definitely gave me the boost I needed. Kept sipping every mile and felt great. I had used some gels on some long runs before that friends recommended and they always made me sick. All in all this is seemingly a great product and will definitely be stocking up when I run out.

    After my last Ironman 70.3, I decided to try tailwind. I was kind of unhappy with my race nutrition and had heard good things. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now ...and am very impressed...I have been using the uncaffinated natural flavour....and I could drink it all day..its pleasant and not sickly sweet like many other energy drinks.
    I'm used it for runs up to 30km and bike up to 90km without any issues......
    It's not that it makes the training less hard, but I haven't felt like I dont have it in the tank to do the hard work.
    Thanks Tailwind....very impressed.

    I love this product. Mostly lemon and orange taste. It gets me through every long training of trailrun. Within 3 weeks i will use it during an endurance duathlon.
