Tailwind mixes with water to meet all your calorie, hydration, and electrolyte needs, without upsetting your stomach or making your taste buds revolt. Just toss it in a bottle or hydration pack, shake, and GO!

• Complete calories, electrolytes, and hydration: Ditch the gels, chews, and pills, and go all day with just Tailwind.
• No gut bombs: Stomach problems? You’ll love Tailwind. Unless you enjoy being doubled over, retching.
• Tasty all day: Clean, light flavors taste better the longer you go.
• Hydration pack love: Dissolves on contact with water and cleans up with a quick rinse. No film, aftertaste or science experiments!
• All natural: Crystal clear with no dyes, preservatives or 4-syllable magical ingredients.

Each serving is 100 calories. For endurance workouts, mix 2-3 scoops per 24 oz of water per hour. Adjust to your personal calorie needs during training, using hunger as a guide. When it’s dialed in, you’ll feel satisfied and energetic, not hungry or full. On hot days, keep the same calories per hour, but increase water. To use in combo with other foods, reduce Tailwind intake by the calories you’re consuming elsewhere to avoid overloading the gut. For shorter workouts (<2hr), you can use less Tailwind to taste.

30 Serving Naked flavour

Posted by Jean-Stéphane Ridira on 4th Jun 2019

From all the flavours I have tried, the naked remains so far the best. I love the taste even after long ultras (apporx 16hours)
Otherwise the efficiency remains the same. Tailwind has been my running partner for more than a year now and I am still amazed how good it is.
This is really all I need.
4 ultra-trail running races completed without any complains!
Perfect ;)

Inaugural flight...

Posted by Steven King on 29th Jul 2018

My TOF has increased significantly this year & my LSR’s meant carrying a lot of food. I used to make my own food then swapped to a new brand promising a lot. Bad times - my stomach was tying itself in knots after a couple of hours, impeding performance & making life miserable. After a disastrous race something needed to change. Few folk had whispered Tailwind. So I read up & took the plunge. WOW! Just got back from 6 hours on the Ridgeway, where I consumed 3.5 litres of Berry & Rasberry Buzz. Just had so much energy, no “issues”, great taste, wanted to run further - but no more left😂. Plays with your mind initially- you have to keep supping - and I keep waiting to feel hungry or lethargic- but no. I’m in my 50’’s and felt strong all the time with no highs & lows. I’m a convert👍

I've been training with tailwind, a friend recommend it. I bought the berry flavour, great taste, great product, you only notice when it's not there. I am going to use non caffeinated for the first 50K then the caffeinated for the last 50K, awesome product

Does what it says on the tin!

Great stuff. I've worked my way through the stick pack. I used two sticks during the tough 56 mile bike leg of the Gauntlet middle distance tri at Hever castle with no additional food. Drank water on the 13.1 mile run with just a bit of banana from the feed station and finished strong. I used a chocolate recovery immediately afterwards and was amazed how fresh I felt the following day and for the rest of the week...no doms. About to place an order for a multi serving pack (Green tea)
